Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on your location and the selected white-glove service.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are your textiles and wood products sustainably sourced?
Yes, at The Palmier, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Our wood is FSC-certified and our textiles use Oeko-Tex certified organic fibers whenever possible.
